Founded by the Eisner-nominated cartoonist and writer Ronald Wimberly, LAAB is an experimental art magazine which serves as a platform for comics, critical discourse, and the radical imagination.

In LAAB #4: THIS WAS YOUR LIFE!, contributors tackle nothing short of death itself, dealing with themes from grief and body horror to the breakdown of our environment and what it means to live and die in the anthropocene.

Published in a 16x21" broadsheet newspaper format, it features bold and visionary comics, illustrations and essays by a diverse body of writers, illustrators and cartoonists both veteran and new, including Ben Passmore, Sarah Jaffe, Tanna Tucker, Emily Carroll, Scott Campbell, Richie Pope, and Many more.
