SHIPPING

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours of being placed. We will contact you if there is a delay in processing your order.

You will receive a delivery estimate once your order is processed, but please allow 2-7 working days for major cities, and 5-9 for remote deliveries.

The price of shipping is calculated at checkout depending on the weight of your parcel.

We currently do not offer express shipping, but we will be adding it soon.

For international orders, please email us at store@cockatoocomics.com for a shipping quote.

All books are packaged securely in stiff cardboard.

We ship all parcels with the 100% carbon neutral courier service Sendle. All parcels receive a tracking number.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To return an order, please contact us by emailing store@cockatoocomics.com to receive postage instructions.

You may return an online purchase within 2 weeks of receiving it if:

the product is misbound or faulty,
the product you received was different to the one ordered,
or if the product arrived damaged.

If your return meets any of the above conditions you will be entitled to a refund or an exchange.

If your return does not meet any of the above conditions but you would still like to return the product, please contact us by emailing store@cockatoocomics.com.

Some books in the store are second hand, and are marked as such. The book description will specify any damages, but all books are in readable condition. If you don't think the book is in the condition stated, please email within 2 weeks and a return will be arranged.

We only show comics on the site that we currently have in stock. If there is a book that you are interested in that you don’t see on our site, please contact us for a special order and we will do our best to fulfill it.
